This pattern is specifically designed for bottomless portafilters. The basket has flat bottom. Available in 3 heights with different capacities according to the type of coffee used. For 53-53.5mm tampers. Ridgeless. The main characteristics we found out the BIG BANG filters emphasis was the SWEETNESS. The extraction is very uniform, it exalts the sweetness and reduces the acidity. We don’t suggest to use the BIG BANG filter baskets with citric (light) coffees since they sweeten espresso and modify characteristics.
