No matter how powerful the move of God may be, it needs a structure to hold it—otherwise, both the people and the blessing are lost.The New Testament writers often used the imagery of building when describing the Church:“You are God’s field, God’s building” (1 Corinthians 3:9).“Built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Christ Jesus Himself being the chief cornerstone” (Ephesians 2:20).“You also, as living stones, are being built up a spiritual house” (1 Peter 2:5).Building requires order, planning, and strategy. A wise builder doesn’t show up with enthusiasm alone—he comes with blueprints. Vision without systems is like a pile of bricks without a plan: there may be potential, but there will never be a finished house.Too often, pastors and leaders carry a God-given vision, but without systems to sustain it, they end up exhausted, frustrated, and sometimes even burnt out. Churches plateau, not because God’s Spirit has stopped moving, but because there is no structure to catch the rain of His blessing.This book was written to help change that.
